Starboard SuperCruiser Carbon - Easiest WindFoiling Ever!
SuperCruiser is Starboards new style foil for windfoiling that promotes early foiling that's maneuverable, smooth and super fun to ride. It is their easiest and most user friendly windfoil. The massive 1700cm2 front wing gives the sensation of floating on air and provides the lowest take-off speed. The extended 87cm fuselage length provides additional stability and some extra power. This foil has Wave Foil Wings that use a Universal Connect fuselage (that's not compatible with the Saddle style wings on the Freeride, Team, or GT series foils). The front wing features a Sleeved System connection (vs saddle connection) to allow a clean connection that extends the wing forward and extends the fuselage length. Sleeve system uses a parallel male ferrule. This design allows wings to be removed and swapped, quickly and easily. Two countersunk Torx bolts on the bottom and two more on top fully lock the wing in place.The rear wing uses a rocker system connection that allow you to adjust the angle of pitch for early lift or higher speed trim angles. Choose this foil if you want to foil in the lightest winds, make foil-jibes and 360s as easy as possible, use smaller sails. This is sold with one mast, Wave carbon 1700 front and 370 rear wings, a 87 length fuselage. The Mast is Carbon and 85 cm in length -= and 100% pre-preg carbon, with forty layers of wrapped high-modulus uni-axial, bi-axial and tri-axial Toray carbon hydraulically pressed, heated and fused into one monolithic mast of incredible stiffness. The wings are 100% pre-preg Toray carbon to maximize stiffness and performance. The fuselage are constructed of 6061 aluminum due to stiffness, strength, toughness and most importantly torsional rigidity vs Carbon fuselage. The fuselage mates to the wings and mast through Starboards own patent-pending fuselage fitting.

Construction:
Mast - Starboard's Carbon Mast Forget weight, forget flex: foil masts have to be stiff and torsionally rigid to achieve controlled flight. The stiffer, the more stable. And the more stable, the more control and more performance the foil delivers.
Starboard Carbon masts are built in 100% pre-preg carbon, with forty layers of wrapped high-modulus uni-axial, bi-axial and tri-axial Toray carbon hydraulically pressed, heated and fused into one monolithic mast of incredible stiffness. The shape of our mast has also been optimized for flexural and torsional stiffness. Computer-simulated analysis shows the Star board mast, by virtue of its shape alone, is already up to 52% stiffer than a traditional mast.
Wings - 100% pre-preg Toray carbon.
Fuselage - 6061 aluminum due to stiffness, strength, toughness and most importantly torsional rigidity.
