The 2024 Duotone Freewave SLS is a freestyle wave updated stubby design that’s ready to excel and adapt to the broadest range of moderate to higher wind and water conditions. From Freeride blasting to moderate wave use the Freewave is a true chameleon all round windsurfing board that offers the broadest range of use in the 2024 Duotone board Free Wave and wave lineup. Now Available in 6 sizes; 75 -125 liters, this model addresses an even broader range of rider weights, wind conditions and skill sets. The Freewave has evolved out of the stubby outline – blending parallel outline design provides low drag and boost control. The wide tail ensures incredible early planing and upwind performance and improves the take off for jumping. Rail Shape= Medium rail diameter in the nose and center offer an ideal blend of performance and maneuverability. Thinned out rails towards the tail for maximum grip and control. Deck Shape. Reduced dome deck shape results in a more stable/balanced stance, especially in drift & ride conditions. Bottom Shape = very smooth and comfortable ride especially in chop thanks to constant V bottom shape with slight double concaves. Rocker Line = faster rocker line boosts planing power especially on the larger sizes. New Trakk mast box is shorter and more targeted for rig positioning while reducing the board nose weight. The multiple footstrap inserts and fin options allow you to adjust the FreeWave according to your needs - so even on flat water you can leave your buddies in your wake!

Construction:
SLS – Premium Sandwich Technology consists of 50 indvidual parts components and is Duotones lighterst semi custom technology. Achieved through lighter raw materials and a higher carbon contentand a sophisticated layup with a much higher amount ot load spot pecici patches, stringer and reinforcements. It’s important that these weight savings to not go to the cost of the boards durability. Duotone offers a 1 year unlimited warranty on these boards when registered online (dents excluded).
