Returns and Exchanges |
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please give us a call so that we may issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. All exchanges/returns must have an RMA# on the packaging. Items received without an RMA# on the outside of the packaging will be refused. Returns of in-stock unused merchandise (Non - Freight items) are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund excluding shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, tags, etc. Merchandise returned that looks used or without all original packaging is subject to a restocking fee. Ship returns via UPS/Fedex Ground or insured US mail. We cannot accept COD's or collect shipments. Items shipped by Freight (Windsurf and WindSUP boards etc) that are unused and unopened can be returned within 30 days of invoice excluding freight shipping cost, but they are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Freight item restocking fee does not apply to any freight item that was damaged in transit |
