The new Fox 4 is a refined model – now lighter and more environmentally friendly.  Now the lightest version of Fox ever at 13.6-17.3 lbs (6.19 – 7,84 kg) for 95-135 liter boards.  The Fox 4 has a proven continuous rocker, moderate tail width, and pronounced vee create a platform that delivers unmatched control at speed. A new lightweight pigmented resin construction reduces weight while maintaining the legendary FOX control. Performance is best summarized by when other boards back off in the rough, the FOX thrives. Integrated ramps under front and rear pads position the rider naturally for reduced fatigue and maximum power transfer. Construction:
The Fox construction makes use of a combination of three main types of fibers; Biax Carbon, S-Glass, and E-Glass. The three fibers, when combined and layered strategically, offer optimal strength to weight ratio, but also a durable build. Combined with the highest grade of PVC materials, a sturdy protective shell allow for the use of super light EPS cores. The PVC absorbs the correct amount of resin eliminating any potential excess. Deck: PVC combined with Biax Carbon and S Glass. Vertical reinforcements along the center line locks in any curvatures and prevents losing shape accuracy over time.
