The Sic boards represent innovation and performance in wing foiling boards. The three larger size offerings provide excellent performance for newbies and progressing wing foilers. They are stable, even off the foil, allowing easy and smooth lift-off. More experienced riders will also enjoy a lighter weight and improved construction of the SFX (Super Fly-X) series. The Raptor 5.11 bottoms has been improved with bottom chine added and the chisel tail removed, providing better glide and easier release from the water at lift-off. The 5'11'' size is a great board for small to medium-sized riders to learn on and the perfect size for larger intermediate riders ready to move down to a smaller board. These boards work great for both Wing Foiling and SUP.

FOIL:
RRD Universal Foil SW ALU 1750 Y27 foil set – All Terrain foil set for rapid growth
RRD developed this foil set to facilitate rapid growth and forgiving performance for riders learning to wing foil. It is a great foil for Wing, SUP, Kite and surf foiling. An all Terrain foil to start and quickly improve. The new Universal SW alu includes a 85 cm mast that’s preferable as you progress and are able to ride for longer distances. The new Universal SW 1750 full carbon front wing is the engine of the whole system. Its generous wingspan and thicker profile will create the right lift to start foiling at low board speed and help to keep stability and control once you are flying! Your jibes and tacks are going to be so easy and you will learn how to pump on flat water or ground small swell. The rear wing is 52 cm wide and has a negative dihedral angle of -26°. This angled wing design improves the “pumping” and carving ability of the foil. This hydrofoil is capable of speeding up the learning process as you never thought was possible!

Construction:  
Carbon Front and Rear Wings:  The Universal carbon front wing is designed to start flying at lower speeds. Due to its increased thickness you get the right lift to take off easily and the stability you need to learn your first jibes. The Universal carbon rear wing with negative dihedral (anhedral) is designed to avoid surface turbulence during turns. It also supports you with pumping the board with your feet.
New ALU 85 Mast = In order to increase both lateral and torsional stiffness of the ALU mast, RRD has redesigned a new mast profile and mold. The new mast now has a maximum thickness of 18mm and its profile is also proportionally thicker towards the trailing edge in order to minimize twist. Also featured is a new middle stringer structure in between the two screws that have allowed a higher lateral stiffness. The incorporated top plate is smaller and shorter than the Y25 ALU MAST resulting in a lighter weight. The new ALU mast has an unparalleled TWIST of only 2,2 cms, feeling as torsional stiff as a full hi-modulus M40J Carbon mast !!!
New Fuselage - The new Universal fuselage has an extra wide head area to carry and support super wide wings (up to 120 cm wingspan and 2500 sq cm) and entirely redesigned for maximum lightweight. Its new wider middle and front section design can sustain higher flex pressure and torsion pressure from the input of the mast and front wing and offers an improved level of stiffness. Lighter and stiffer!
