We offer 3 rig options for you to select from: Entry level Chinook Shift Rig – to intermediate S2 Maui Stoke Rig with aftermarket frame work – to an advance performance rig of the Ezzy Legacy with aftermarket frame work.

The Starboard Go Windsurfer line was developed to promote rapid growth in skill development from Entry level to advance intermediate riders.  The daggerboard allows a wide range skill and wind condition use.  The GO Windsurfers features a fully retractable daggerboard that makes it easier to stay upwind and learn to windsurf, while being more versatile from light to windy planing conditions.  Aiding in stability and upwind capabilities when the winds are light to moderate strengths.  Retract the daggerboard for great planing potential, footstrap use and carving jibe potential excitement. The board shapes evolved out of the popular performance Carve line of boards. These Go Windsurfers are often a great choice for a family with a range of riders or conditions, the integrated daggerboard ensures more confident windward performance, enabling better upwind angles and less drift in lighter conditions, but smoothly folding away to allow for a faster, more responsive ride as soon as planing conditions (or rider experience) are suitable.

Construction:
Starlite construction, a significant step up from the standard construction typically used in this price category: lighter weight, stiffer, tougher against impacts and with a crisper, more high-performance feel on the water. It uses a combination of 0.6mm Australian pine wood and glass fibers to combine premium technology with a quality finish in a value package.

CHINOOK SHIFT RIG:
Targets - Beginners and Accessible Performance
Is ideal for those wanting to learn windsurfing with a forgiving and easy to use sail. Light weight, minimum hassle rigging and forgiving feel for harnessing the wind. It’s a great choice for use on hard boards and inflatable boards. The Chinook Shift rig features a 2 batten sail with Dacron construction, extra reinforced mast sleeve material and a vinyl window. Designed to be light weight, easy to use and durable. The soft Dacron sail cloth and 2 batten design allows the sail to billow away from you and fill with wind - making it more visible for power and depowering the wind. built in batten tensioners keep batten tension proper through rigging, use and storage. Reinforced foot piping for minimizing wear on the deck surface of your board. It was designed and built by David Ezzy of Ezzy Sails. Colors Blue mast sleeve, Yellow luff panel, White sail cloth body.

EZZY LEGACY RIG:
Targets– Intermediate to Advanced skills “Performance no-cam freeride sail”
The Legacy is an excellent sail for freeriding, bump-n-jump and freewave use. Full x-ply sail cloth construction with no-monofilm. It's durable and packs a lot of punch for the dollar. Excellent wind range and loaded with features, this economical priced Ezzy sail is ideal for those who expect Ezzy's reputation, build quality and performance. The difference is David eliminates some of the extra bells and whistles of his premier line while still delivering sublime performance and durability. The Small sizes favor bump-n-jump and wave sailing while the larger sizes target freeride performance. The Legacy is a great performance and value sail for the price!
