Freemove Boards
The new FreeMove windsurfing board category is all about low volume solutions to early planing, maneuverability, control and a large wind and sail range. We offer Freemove designs by RRD, Starboard, JP, Fanatic and Exocet. This new board design movement is the fastest growing category in windsurfing. FreeMove designs incorporate relatively wide outlines, short lengths, low volume and soft rail structures in ultra-thin hull structures (deck to bottom). The performance qualities are simply impressive, as they provide the feel and maneuverability of a smaller board, the excitement of early planing, the confidence of control and the simplicity of large wind range - all in user friendly shapes.
The Isthmus Team double boxes all boards that ship from our warehouse at no additional cost to you to ensure the board you've ordered arrives safe and protected. We use custom made, double walled, heavy duty cardboard that can absorb up to an additional 350lbs of pressure to wrap a 2nd layer of protection around your board. This exclusive double boxing process equates to about 25 minutes of additional staff time to prepare your shipment and an additional $49 in cardboard used to protect your board.
